The FCPE is there to assist with that question. Please schedule an appointment with Astrid at (516) 877-4223 to brainstorm ideas and possibilities for online teaching. The following links provide some basic considerations.

You may wish to take the following quiz to learn about skills and habits helpful to developing and teaching an online course:

Developing an Online Course

Developing an online course should be a dedicated exercise in organization, learning new skills, and re-inventing yourself as a facilitator of learning. We advise faculty to plan for several months of development time. The FCPE offers a two week online summer institute in June of each year to help facilitate and prepare the development process. Faculty will continue to be supported for the remaining summer months to complete course materials and activities for the following fall semester.
